Restoran Kawan's famous Pork Porridge(Zhu Zhap Zhuk),

So of course all my readers(most of them from High School) have seen or read my post on this famous Seremban porridge but none of them has ever tasted it except for Low Hui Xian....

So I decided to take my friends up for a taste!!

Mmmm.....

Those whom were present were my college mates Jay, Edwin and Gary....

And High School friends Meng Leong, Jan Ming, Fei Yan, Estee and Azriel....

The last one was... Jacqueline...

It was abit awkward at the beginning as both my group of friends didn't knwo each other but oh well....

After some time... They warmed up to each other....
Gary was abit slow though...

Kiwanis Charity Dinner

Yesterday I attended a charity dinner with my sister, Samantha and Mei San. We were invited by Edwin and we were told to dress up cos it was kind of like a semi formal event. So yeahh. I wore my maroon shirt and stuff and off we went! And when we arrived, I felt super overdressed cos there were people wearing casual clothes wattabish. There was one guy in a denim jean and normal tee. You know, outfits like that. It just seemed really really weird.

Since my sister did the picture snapping....
And since that this post was kinda HER idea....

Mmmm.....Nice... BTW.. The ice-cream was left to melt IN it....

And wine which Edwin got for Ah Ching...He and I had beer instead.

Okay and that's all for the food. After the food, we camwhored here and there. Then the auction started and I have to say that it was pretty pathetic. The first item for auction was a holiday package and they started the price at RM1k. And nobody, I really mean nobody placed a bid on it. It was the most omg saddest thing I have ever experienced before and it went on like that for quite awhile. But much later, more people started to bid but it was still not much at all. And the same people were the ones bidding all the while.

Edwin's aunt was one of them and she got him a watch for RM1400. I'll post a picture of it later. So, okay pics of us and stuff.

It was the last day for my Sifu....

He resigned and moved to the hotel right opposite The Westin.....

It was my off-day....

But since Chong Sifu had been so kind and taught me so much and stuff....

I figured I had to see him on his last day anyway....

I gave him a bottle of Absolut Vodka as a token of my gratitude....

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING at THE WESTIN KL

Been MIS for a long loooonngg time ehh? What to do? Busy with my ITS/Internship....
Currently training at The Westin Kuala Lumpur.... Right next to JW Marriot...

So far it has been both a wonderful yet EXTREMELY...... <---- Please take note of the EXTREMELY part.... Tiring... You see.... The Westin KL does not provide parking for staff and so I have to take public transport there.... And to make matters worst.... Every trainee at The Westin is required to clock in at 7am...

Hence my nightmare....
Have to wake up at 5.00am... +Lazing around abit.... Lets say 5.15 get up, shower get ready whatknot then drive to KELANA JAYA LRT Station(First train at 6.....), then travel by LRT to Dang Wangi and walk to Bukit Nanas MONORAIL Station and travel to Bukit Bintang... There I have to walk again to The Westin.....

Now... I am stationed at EEST... A Pan-Asian restaurant at The Westin KL which serves Chinese(Dai Chow styled), Dim Sum, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai cuisine....
PLEASE NOTE: Its Pan-Asian and NOT fusion....

Anyway, that just makes matters worst.... As at EEST, I am required to do split shift... Cut the story short, I finish work at about 9.30 or later... And of course I go home the same way I came...
Which means by the time I sleep its about 12.00am.... Hence I only get 5 hours of sleep per day.... Sigh...

But I guess its not ALL BAD afterall as I got to meet my Sifu... Chong Sifu that is...

Luckily for me.... Chong Sifu was kind enough to teach me Dim Sum... And though I followed him for only about 2 weeks.... I have managed to learn much indeed!! Thank you Siiiffuuu!!!

And that includes a veli lo man(very roman-tic) dinner with him in Rakuzen followed by desserts at Baskin Robbins cos that is Edwin's favourite. After that, they plan to tickle Khy's younger sister until she pees on the floor. And then, they are going to catch a romantic movie like The Notebook together and they will fall asleep in each other's arms.

And the next morning, Edwin has to take a morning after pill, you know... just incase anything happened the night before.. you knooooow hee heeeeeee. :D

Taylor's College's Hospitality students cook for the poor and needy,

The ingrediants are randomly supplied by GIANT HYPERMARKET....

Basically,

It is a project to teach us not too waste and at the sametime to help others....

The ingrediants are given randomly to us and we'll have to dish up something with it....

At times,

We're left with very minimal ingrediants hence making it quite difficult to cook....

Unlucky Day: Tyre puncture

Just last week,

Or at least I think it was last week....

I met with a sohai accident...

Cut the story short,

My tyre masuk lubang and...

*PONG PONG*

My car swerved a little and I knew what happened....

Parked by the side, got down and looked at the damage...

Both tyre on the left pancit already... What TH FUCK!!! And it wasn't small holes that could be patched up....

They were whole fucking tears in the tyre...

This was how it began....

Went to Edwin's house to pick him...

Then left for college...

Used the inner which is Sg. Way side to get to the federal highway....

That was where it happened...

So who's fault?

Well, needless to say the other driver was wrong laa...

But Edwin too was at fault...

Cause if I never pick him..

The timing would have been different and we wouldn't have met that sohai driver...

DUI BU DUI??

Correct lehh Edwin??

So no choice lorr...

Call Wee Lee to save us....

Little did we know that he brought almost half the class with him...

So we changed tyre but halfway through..

We realised that Wee Lee's Proton WAJA spare tyre couldn't fit my Perodua MyVi's....

And so..

Wee Lee sent Edwin to his house to get his MyVi...

And so we used Edwin's MyVi spare tyre for the meantime...

After that,

We went to the mechanic to get new tyres and adjust the alignment...

It was already quite late at that time...

So we skipped the first class...

Later on after college ended,

We had a 2.5 hour break between classes... So we thought.. "Hey.. Why not go yumcha??"

Go AC laa we thought... So we drove all the way to AC(Taylor's Biz School area) from our campus(Kurnia/Old Bali building)...

Upon reaching there.. Zariq said why not go somewhere further since we had such a long break.... So ok laa.. We thought about going to SS2.. So off we went.. Halfway there....

This is the best part....

Zariq said, "Ehh... Pergi Genting mau??!"

and we were like...

"Wahh!! What time edi worr!? Check check... Still got 2 hours... Can laa..."

Sooo...

It was GENTING here we cooommmee!!!

So drove there we did....

Had to "run" from a police car....

On the way there...

And literally DRIFTED all the way up...

College life for me is VERY VERY interesting!!

Honestly...

I am enjoying EVERYDAY of my college life(Except for English class)...

But of course this only happened AFTER I left HELP UNIVERSITY COLLEGE where I was studying Foundation in Arts...

NOVEMBER 15 was the Loi Krathong Festival....

Had been looking forward to the day as it was kinda my first time attending it....

Supposed to go with my college friends but last minute...

There was some UNFORESEEN problems....

So they all couldn't make it... =(

Nevermind...

It was okk... Went there with my family and of course...

My dear dear loonngg loossttt friend VINCENT WWJ!!!

He has been missing from my life for these past few months....

Why?

I guess its cause of his bad reltionship with SAM...

Showdown of Champions

TUESDAY NOVEMBER 18...
I was looking forward to that day. The day where I would work as an usherer for the Showdown of Champions. Get paid RM65 for it and get to watch the tennis match for FREE!!! So of course I was excited and all...

However, it turned out to be a FUCKING DISASTER!!! Not worth the RM65 at all!!

We left our college at about 1 o'clock and headed to Stadium Putra,
We were abit early so we had our lunch first.. At exactly 2 o'clock, all the part-timers were given a briefing and did the roll-calling...

FIRST PROBLEM!!
I saw many many hot chicks there and was hoping suuuppeerr hard to be in the same group as at least 1 of them... But NOOO!!! Somehow or other, I managed to get into a group WITHOUT any hot chicks!! Well.. No offense to the girls whom were in the same group but they were either unavailable or just not my cup of tea.... I blame you Justin!!! You didn't plan it well!! xD

Either way, that was not really a problem... Just a little dissapointed... Hehhe...

After roll-calling and showing us around the stadium, it was time to makan!

And after makan.. The work started..
And this is where all the bullshit started!!
First off... Give you a minor description of the stadium... Once you enter Stadium Putra, you have to go through a long corridor that surrounds the actual stadium. And along these corridors are doors that lead into the actual stadium.

Every spectator that entered the stadium had their food confiscated... Fine.. Fair enough.. But then the STUPID organizers allowed people to sell food and drinks INSIDE/ALONG the corridor... Now why do I say its stupid?? Simple.. Because the organisers told us NOT to allow any food or drinks into the actual stadium...

So....

WHY THE FUCK DO YOU ALLOW PEOPLE TO SELL F&B ALONG THE CORRIDORS!??

PUT LAA A FUCKING SIGN AT LEAST THAT SAYS,

"NO FOOD AND DRINKS ALLOWED!!!"

Where is their fucking common sense??

To be fair to them... Ok..

They actually did put up those signs... But the problem was it was pasted in places AFTER having to cross the F&B stalls... Fucking smart right?

So do you fucking expect the spectators to walk past the F&B section, check for RULES & REGULATIONS and then walk back and buy food and drinks!?

So obviously people bought food and drinks!!!

And of course they get angry when we tell them NO FOOD AND DRINKS ALLOWED inside!!

STUPID ORGANIZERS!!!

Now if that wasn't bad enough.... Our STUPID organizers told the ticket checkers and usherers to tell the spectators that it was FREE SITTING!!! Yet another FUCKIN IMBA MOVE!!!

HELLOOO!!!

These tickets runs in the HUNDREDS okk!!

You tell us FREE SITTING in SECTIONS!!!

WTF!!!

1 section by itself is already damn big okk!!

For example,

SECTION U18, in U18 itself the seats run from about 1-20 and the rows from A-H or even K....

WHO IN THEIR FUCKING SANE MIND would allow people with tickets all the way in K something move to their seats in A!?!

People fucking queued up and all to get the best seats they can and you now tell them its free sitting?! Of course people want to seat where they paod for isn't?! STUPID FUCKS!!!

Now.. To make matters worst... After they told us it was free sitting(as if there wasn't enough problems already) Our Supervisors aka The Organizers told us to tell ALL THE SPECTATORS that it was no longer free sitting and wanted everyone to get back into their respective seats!!! WTF!!! How on earth are you gonna do that with the stadium already more then half full!?

SOHAI FUCK!!!

So obviously, needless to say....

All of us got FUCKED by customers... One way or another as we tried to move them... Obviously we failed miserably... We were shouted at, scolded with vulgarities, had hamburgers thrown in front of us and were threatened to be slapped and whacked... zzz... Not worth the money at all!!

So the summary is...

The organizing company AXCESS was a complete fucking failure!!!

They obviously did not fucking know what they were doing and I am DAMN sure I could've done a better job!!! Ask anyone that was present that day and I am 100% sure they'd agree that AXCESS was a fucking failure!!

The only good thing that came out of that day was that I got to meet some friends whom I haven't met for a long time!!

It was sometime last week if I am not mistaken...

We went to Teluk Gong for dinner!!

It was the first week of Taylor's and we had to do a Malay Service for our F&B class....

Since we were told only the day before....

We obviously didn't have time to plan for it...

But...

I think it turned out ok though...
